Benny Bing
A large-scale experiential environment created for Intuit at BFUTR 2023.
Benny Bing collaborated with Intuit to develop a custom booth environment for BFUTR 2023, translating the visual language of his painting practice into an immersive branded installation.
At the centre of the environment was a monumental adaptation of Bing's portraiture, integrated directly into the architecture of the booth alongside Intuit's visual identity and the message, “Let's power prosperity together.”
The project expanded the artwork beyond the scale of the canvas, creating a space designed to be encountered physically by the audience.
From canvas
to environment.
The Intuit collaboration extended Bing's figurative language into three-dimensional space. Portraiture became architecture: enlarged, integrated and experienced at the scale of the body.
Rather than presenting a painting inside a branded booth, the artwork became part of the booth itself — establishing the visual character of the environment and creating a point of connection between artist, brand and audience.
Intuit × Benny Bing demonstrated how a painting practice can move beyond the object — becoming environment, experience and a shared public encounter.
